All of my baked goods are prepared under Minnesota's Cottage Food Law, which allows individuals to make and sell certain non-potentially hazardous foods directly to consumers without a commercial kitchen. This law supports small, home-based food businesses while maintaining public safety through training and registration.
I am registered with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture as a Cottage Food Producer. This means I’ve completed the required food safety training and follow all labeling, packaging, and sales regulations. I am proud to offer handmade products crafted in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection.
Under Minnesota law, cottage foods can only be sold directly to consumers—at farmers markets, community events, or from our home. I do not ship or sell through retail stores. All items are labeled according to state requirements and sold within Minnesota.
My products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. While I follow strict food safety practices, these items are prepared in a kitchen that is not allergen-free and may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, dairy, or other common allergens.
By purchasing my products, you acknowledge that you understand they are produced under Minnesota's Cottage Food Law.
